The client was actively engaged in the expansion of their Security Business Platform via the acquisition of competing brands and product lines.  With the introduction and expansion of their offering, CP was retained to develop a custom sales training program capable driving accelerated performance from each of the sales channels (direct, distribution, manufacturers representatives).
