Prior to joining Cosgrove Partners, Diksha worked as a Data Scientist and Data Engineer where she made valuable contributions by developing predictive machine learning models, enhancing stakeholder insights through effective visualization, and implementing forecasting models. Throughout her career, Diksha has worked across the entire data lifecycle from building data pipelines to running exploratory data analysis and developing predictive models. Her expertise lies in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets and translating them into strategic business initiatives.

She holds a Master's degree in Data Science and Analytics from Grand Valley State University, where she honed her skills in advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization methodologies.
